Yes, fully. Every logo comes with a commercial-use license, no attribution required. You're free to trademark it — we recommend running a trademark search before filing, which we can assist with on Pro.
If you generate a brief and don't buy a finalized mark within 7 days, we may add one of the variants from that brief to our public gallery. We only show the visual mark and an AI-generated name like "Forge wordmark" — never your company name, account email, or any other identifying detail. If you decide to buy the mark later, we'll remove it from the gallery and stop using it. Full details are in our Terms.
