The idea: The open, looping NF brings a little motion to the mark without sacrificing the boutique’s name or the initials’ clarity.

Layout: Give the N and F a more airy, looped construction: one rounded path forms the N, then turns into the F’s upper and middle bars without closing into a filled shape. Center the smaller name below, with clear separation from the monogram.
Lettering: Create the initials as light, rounded custom line lettering, using a single continuous path where possible and one consistent stroke weight. Set “Nico Fuller Boutique” beneath in a smaller light sans-serif such as Quicksand.
Color: Draw the NF in black (#111111), with a small gold (#C9A227) stroke accent at the monogram’s open endpoint. Set the name in black beneath it, using the off-white (#F5F1E8) only as negative space.
