The idea: An open C framing the D gives Chavez Dental a distinctive, typography-led mark that still reads clearly on its own.

Layout: Create a compact CD monogram with a large open C partially embracing the D. Center “Chavez Dental” in smaller lettering directly beneath; keep the initials strong enough to stand alone as an app icon.
Lettering: Custom high-contrast editorial serif lettering, with carefully drawn C and D; use a restrained serif for “Chavez Dental.”
Color: Use teal for the large C and the smaller name; set the D in coral so it stands out within the monogram while both letters remain clear.
