About this design
- The idea
- A football-ready wizard makes the team’s name visible in the character itself, without adding a scene or extra words.
- Layout
- Show one friendly, slightly frazzled wizard in a football uniform, holding a football at his side. Use a simple waist-up pose above the exact team name, centered directly underneath, for a tidy vintage mascot lockup.
- Lettering
- A condensed vintage sports slab serif with broad, readable forms for “Waiver Wire Wizards,” arranged beneath the mascot.
- Color
- Let deep purple (#5B2A86) define the character and lettering, and use lavender (#B79CED) for the pointed cap, jersey details, and football. Keep the palette limited to these two flat colors.
