Response times

We aim to respond to every email within one business day. Privacy and data-rights requests are handled within the timeframes required by the applicable law (typically 30 or 45 days, with one possible extension), as described in the Privacy Policy.

What to include

A few details help us reply faster:

  • Your account email (so we can find your records).
  • The project name or URL, if your message is about a specific logo.
  • For billing questions, the date and amount of the charge.
  • For bugs: a screenshot or short description of what you expected vs. what happened.
