The idea: The orange square makes the IB easy to spot on a phone, while the neatly placed name keeps the complete mark clear and dependable.

Layout: Arrange the initials as a compact, balanced monogram inside a square: a straight I anchors the left side, and a broad B fills the right without losing its counters. Keep the name as a separate centered line below the square, so the icon can stand alone cleanly.
Lettering: Set the IB in bold, geometric sans-serif forms with clear counters; use a smaller, medium-weight sans serif such as Inter for “Ironbridge Build Co.” beneath.
Color: Use a solid orange (#F28C28) square as the dominant app-icon field, with the IB formed in white (#FFFFFF) and restrained charcoal (#2B2B2B) details. Set the smaller company name beneath the square in charcoal on white.
