The idea: The red initials meet around a small leaf-shaped opening, giving Southgate Training a botanical detail without separating it from the monogram.

Layout: Build the S and T from two broad, interwoven strokes, with a small, clean leaf-shaped opening where their forms meet. Keep the wordmark centered directly below the initials, and avoid a surrounding badge so the monogram also works independently as an app icon.
Lettering: Bespoke interlocking initials with sturdy, elegant strokes; use a restrained sans serif for the smaller Southgate Training line.
Color: Use red (#C1121F) for the main ST forms and black (#111111) for Southgate Training beneath. Reserve white (#FFFFFF) for a clean, open background and narrow negative spaces within the monogram.
