The idea: The stacked layout gives the full company name a solid, orderly presence while staying warm and readable at a glance.

Layout: Use a compact two-line wordmark: “Lopez” above “Building Co.” Align the lines cleanly and give the upper name a confident, slightly broader presence; the underline is a simple typographic accent, not an icon.
Lettering: Contemporary humanist sans serif with sturdy proportions and gently softened terminals; customize spacing and the underline to keep the stacked name cohesive.
Color: Set the name in navy (#14213D) on off-white (#F5F1E8), with gold (#C9A227) used sparingly for a short underline beneath “Lopez.”
